Super P-Force Jelly is the combination medication in jelly form containing Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride 60 mg which is used to treat premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED) in men 18 to 64 years old. Super P-Force Jelly was developed to offer a premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED) medication that works faster than a normal Super P-Force 160 mg tablet does.

Sildenafil Citrate belongs to a class of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Sildenafil Citrate treats erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. This increased blood flow causes an erection in the presence of sexual stimulation.

Dapoxetine HCl is used to treat Premature Ejaculation (PE) in men 18-64 years old with frequent premature ejaculation(PE), which troubles the man and affects the relationship with his sexual partner.
Premature Ejaculation (PE) is a sexual disorder in which ejaculation happens with minimal sexual stimulation before, on, or shortly after penetration, and before the man wishes it.
Dapoxetine increases your time to ejaculation and can improve control over ejaculation and reduce distress over how fast a man ejaculate. This helps to improve satisfaction with sexual intercourse.

Active Ingredient present in Super P-Force Oral Jelly

The active ingredient present in Super P-Force Oral Jelly are Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride 60 mg. Each 5 gm sachet contains 100 mg of Sildenafil Citrate and 60 mg of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride.

Uses of Super P-Force Oral Jelly

Super P-Force Oral Jelly, a Sildenafil Dapoxetine combination jelly is used to achieve and maintain erections and delay premature ejaculation in men. This medicine is used to treat men with persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on, or shortly after penetration and before the patient wishes and simultaneously have also to be treated for erectile dysfunction (ED).

Super P-Force Oral Jelly Dosage

Super P-Force Oral Jelly comes in 5 gm sachets containing 100 mg Sildenafil citrate and 60 mg of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride. Cut open the sachet and squeeze the jelly into the mouth and swallow the entire content of the sachet. The Super P-Force Oral Jelly solution melts very fast and is absorbed by the bodies enzymes in approximately 30 minutes after eating.

Take Super P-Force jelly with at least one full glass of water. The recommended dose is one Super P-Force jelly sachet whenever required 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity. Do not take more than 1 sachet in any 24 hour period. i.e. At least 24 hours must pass before you take the next dose.

Super P-Force Oral Jelly Contraindications

Super P-Force Oral jelly (Dapoxetine and Sildenafil jelly) is contraindicated in patients with a hypersensitivity to Sildenafil Citrate orand Dapoxetine Hydrochloride or any inactive ingredient present in Super P-Force Jelly. Super P-Force jelly is also contraindicated in the following cases:

• Super P-Force Oral jelly is contraindicated in patients with significant pathological cardiac conditions
• Super P-Force jelly is contraindicated for simultaneous treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with an MAOI.
• Super P-Force jelly is contraindicated for simultaneous treatment with serotonin reuptake inhibitors
• Super P-Force Oral jelly is contraindicated for concomitant treatment with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, telithromycin, nefazodone, nelfinavir, atazanavir, etc.
• Super P-Force jelly is contraindicated in patients with moderate and severe hepatic impairment.
• Use of Super P-Force Oral jelly in combination with with recreational drugs with serotonergic activity such as ketamine, methylenedioxy- methamphetamine (MDMA) and lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) is contraindicated as potentially serious reactions can occur.
• Administration of P-Force jelly along with guanylate cyclase (GC) stimulators, such as riociguat is contraindicated.
• Use of organic nitrates in any form, either regularly or intermittently along with Super P-Force Oral jelly is contraindicated, because of the greater risk of hypotension. Super P-Force Oral Jelly has been observed to potentiate the hypotensive effect of nitrates.

Warnings and Precautions When Using Super P-Force Jelly

The warnings and precautions when using Super P-Force jelly, a Sildenafil Dapoxetine combination medication are given below:

• An orthostatic test should be conducted before starting therapy with Sildenafil Dapoxetine combination tablet like Super P-Force. In case a patient has a history of documented or suspected orthostatic reaction, treatment with Super P-Force jelly must be avoided.
• Dapoxetine Sildenafil Jelly must not be used in patients with a history of mania/hypomania or bipolar disorder and Super P-Force therapy should be discontinued in patients that develops symptoms of these disorders.
• Super P-Force should be discontinued in any patient who develops seizures and avoided in patients with unstable epilepsy.
• Men with underlying signs and symptoms of depression should be evaluated before starting treatment with Super P-Force to rule out undiagnosed depressive disorders.
• There have been reports of bleeding abnormalities with SSRIs like Dapoxetine Hydrochloride. Caution is advised in patients taking Super P-Force jelly, specially in concomitant use with medicinal products known to affect platelet function
• Super P-Force is not recommended for use in patients with severe renal impairment and caution is advised in patients with mild or moderate renal impairment.
• As with other SSRIs, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride has been associated with mild ocular effects such as mydriasis. Therefore Super P-Force should be used with caution in patients with raised intraocular pressure or those at risk of angle-closure glaucoma.
• Patients should not use Dapoxetine Sildenafil jelly (Super P-Force jelly) if sexual activity is not advisable due to cardiovascular status
• Patients should seek emergency treatment if an erection lasts for more than four hours. Use Sildenafil or Super P-Force Jelly with caution in patients predisposed to priapism.
• Patients should immediately discontinue Super P-Force and seek medical care if a sudden loss of vision occurs in one or both eyes, which could be a sign of non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Super P-Force jelly should be used with caution, and only when the anticipated benefits outweigh the risks, in patients with a history of NAION. Patients with a "crowded" optic disc may also be at an increased risk of NAION.
• Patients should stop Super P-Force Jelly and seek immediate medical attention in the event of sudden decrease or loss of hearing.
• Caution is advised when Super P-Force (Sildenafil Dapoxetine Jelly) is co-administered with alpha-blockers or anti-hypertensives. Concomitant use may lead to hypotension.
• Decreased blood pressure, syncope, and prolonged erection may occur at higher sildenafil exposures. In patients taking strong CYP inhibitors, such as ritonavir, sildenafil exposure is increased.

Inform your doctor if you have or have had any of the following medical conditions:

• History of dizziness from low blood pressure
• Heart and blood vessel problems
• Bleeding tendencies
• Depression
• Fainting
• You have any thoughts of suicide or harming yourself
• Psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia
• History of mania (great excitement, hallucinations, difficulty in concentrating or staying still) or bipolar disorder (extreme mood swings) or develop these disorders
• Seizures (fits) or have uncontrolled epilepsy
• Severe liver or kidney problems
• Glaucoma, a condition that may or may not be characterised by high pressure in the eye and can lead to blindness.

Super P-Force Jelly Side Effects

Super P-Force Jelly (Dapoxetine and Sildenafil Jelly) helps most people, but it may have unwanted side effects in a few people. The side effects of Super P-Force jelly occurring in 1% or more of the patients are listed below:

The most common side effects due to Sildenafil Citrate occuring in 2% or more of the patients undergoing treatment with Super P-Force jelly include headache, flushing, dyspepsia, abnormal vision, nasal congestion, back pain, myalgia, nausea, dizziness and rash.

The side effects due to Dapoxetine Hydrochloride occuring in the patients undergoing treatment with Super P-Force jelly are given below. Stop taking Super P-Force Jelly and see your doctor right away if:
you have fits (seizures)
you faint or feel light-headed when you stand up
you notice any changes in your mood
you have any thoughts of suicide or harming yourself
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any of the following and they worry you:

• nausea
• headache
• dizziness
• fainting or feeling dizzy upon standing
• increased blood pressure
• trembling
• tingling or numbness
• blurred vision
• eye pain
• ringing in the ears
• nasal congestion
• diarrhoea, abdominal pain, dry mouth, vomiting, ingestion, intestinal gas, constipation, bloating
• excessive sweating
• fatigue, sleepiness and yawning
• difficulty paying attention and feeling irritable
• difficulty sleeping
• anxiety, nervousness, decreased sexual desire, depression, indifference
• abnormal dreams

In case you observe any of the following happen, tell your doctor immediately or go to Emergency at your nearest hospital:
Signs of allergy such as rash, itching or hives on the skin; shortness of breath, wheezing or difficulty breathing; swelling of the face, lips, tongue or other parts of the body.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice anything that is making you feel unwell.

Super P-Force Jelly and Alcohol

Sildenafil Citrate causes a small decrease in supine and tilted diastolic blood pressure (3.5 and 6.1mmHg respectively) in healthy men who had a blood alcohol level of 80 mg/dL. Combining alcohol with Dapoxetine HCl can increase alcohol-related neurocognitive effects and may also increase neurocardiogenic adverse events such as syncope, thereby increasing the risk of accidental injury.

Patients should be instructed to avoid alcohol while they are taking this medicine. The effects of alcohol, such as dizziness, drowsiness, slow reflexes or impaired judgement, may be increased if taken with Super P-Force Jelly.

Driving Or Operating Machinery

Patients should be instructed to be careful driving or operating machinery until you are certain of how Super P-Force Oral Jelly (Sildenafil and Dapoxetine pills) affects you. This medicine may cause dizziness, light-headedness, tiredness, drowsiness, or fainting in some people. In case you have any of these symptoms, do not drive, operate machinery or undertake any other activity that could be dangerous to yourself or others.

Super P-Force Jelly Overdosage

Symptoms of overdose with Dapoxetine HCl include serotonin-mediated adverse reactions such as somnolence, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and vomiting, tachycardia, tremor, agitation and dizziness. In studies with healthy volunteers using single doses up to 800 mg Sildenafil Citrate, adverse reactions were similar to those seen at lower doses but incidence rates and severities were increased.

In cases of Super P-Force overdose, standard supportive measures should be adopted as required. Due to high protein binding and large volume of distribution of Dapoxetine HCl as well as Sildenafil Citrate, forced diuresis, dialysis, hemoperfusion and exchange transfusion are unlikely to be of benefit. No specific antidotes for Super P-Force Jelly are known at present.

Super P-Force Jelly During Pregnancy

Sildenafil Citrate has been classified by the US FDA as Pregnancy Category B. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of Sildenafil Citrate in pregnant women. No evidence of teratogenicity, embryotoxicity, or fetotoxicity was observed in pregnant rats or rabbits dosed with sildenafil 200 mg/kg/day during organogenesis.

Dapoxetine HCl has been classified by the US FDA as Pregnancy Category C. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of Dapoxetine in pregnant women. It has been observed during studies conducted that is no evidence of teratogenicity, embryotoxicity, or fetotoxicity in rats or rabbits that received up to 100 mg/kg (rats) or 75 mg/kg (rabbits). There is no evidence to suggest that Dapoxetine Hydrochloride exposure has an effect on a partner’s pregnancy based on limited observational data from the clinical trial database.

Super P-Force Jelly is not indicated for use by women.

Nursing Considerations

Super P-Force Jelly, a Sildenafil Dapoxetine combination jelly is not indicated for use by women. Super P-Force Jelly should not be used by nursing mothers.

It is not known if Sildenafil Citrate or its metabolites are excreted in human breast milk. It is not known if either Dapoxetine HCl or its metabolites are excreted in human breast milk.
