Clear Sky Pharmacy accepts payment by VISA credit cards and other payment methods. You can buy a VIRTUAL VISA CARD with your MasterCard credit card, VISA debit card, or Maestro card if you do not hold a valid VISA credit card. Simply create an account in less than 10 minutes at www.entropay.com. The virtual VISA card can be used multiple times at any online store worldwide that accepts VISA cards.

We also accept international VISA PREPAID cards, which can be bought in retail stores or directly from many banks. You can typically get a Visa Prepaid card without credit or a prior bank account. Order processing and shipping

The delivery time from orders have been processed and dispatch till it reaches final destination is typically 3-20 days subject to location, carrier, and customs procedures. Clear Sky Pharmacy generally process all orders within 24 hours from receipt (except on weekends and public holidays). Tracking number(s) are provided after the order has shipped.
We ship by 1st Class Registered Airmail and Express Mail Services (EMS). The transit status can be monitored on our website, directly at the postal services website, or here: www.track-trace.com/post
Delivery of the Product to the Customer takes place when the product leaves Clear Sky Pharmacy’s distribution centre i.e. when the good(s) has been handed over to the carrier/ postal services. All items purchased from Clear Sky Pharmacy are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Clear Sky Pharmacy will, as attorney and agent for the Customer, arrange for shipping of the product to the Customer's home address. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Clear Sky Pharmacy is not liable for any damage to the Customer due to delay in shipment or failure of the product to arrive. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Clear Sky Pharmacy’s invoice(s). If applicable, Customer is responsible for goods and services tax, sales and any other taxes associated with the order. The Customer acknowledges that the Products sold hereunder are subject to applicable export and import control laws and regulations.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy

Both the Customer and Clear Sky Pharmacy have the right to cancel any and all orders that have been placed online but still have not been processed at our distribution centre. Please use the "Contact Us" link as soon as possible to intimidate a cancellation. We require either your email address or order number. Our operations manager receives copies of all communication submitted and will be able to take prompt actions.
We reserve the right to levy a USD 25 cancellation fee to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. Your money will be transferred back to your credit card in approximately 10 days from acknowledgement.
Clear Sky Pharmacy will provide free re–shipping of your order if it has not been delivered within 35 days from dispatch subject to not being confiscated, or held at your post office for personal collection, or not delivered due to wrong address submitted. It is a serious offense to claim false chargeback and any claims are subject to thorough investigation including contact to your local post office. A false claim will result in a ban from our site and black listing with IPPA as well as notification with VISA.
